Where Can I Serve?

Church members are involved in a variety of ministries. From things as simple as greeting new guests, to distributing the church bulletins.

Park Ministry/Pantry

Once a month we have the privilige of serving our disenfranchised
community with a hot meal prepared by our amazing park ministry volunteers. Every Wednesday between 2 & 4pm we run a pantry at Park View Church, 415 Pearson, PT. Hueneme. It helps to serve over a hundred families. The food is picked up and stored on Mondays from 1 to 4pm. We can always use the extra help on Mondays or Wednesdays. No experience necessary.

Music & Worship

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music and worship ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

 Media, Sound & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. A sound man controlling the audio levels in the sanctuary is an integral part for the whole worship experience. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes.

 Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers is praying for the ministry of the Word,  for their pastor, a list of church members, and all special requests.
